I had the pleasure to work with Wilbur on several initiatives of a period of 8 years. Our collaboration focused on training and capacity building for conflict parties on negotiation and participation in peace processes. Wilbur worked with HD teams on several different conflicts. Wilbur has deep expertise in negotiation techniques and strong ability to engage participants constructively. He has always demonstrated strong understanding of the needs of a peace process and the importance of adapting to changing circumstances. The collaboration with Wilbur has been based on genuine respect, honesty and confidence.
